External temporary storage facility (ETSF)
An appointed area at The Port of Felixstowe where chargeable goods imported into the UK are held in temporary storage until they are released to free circulation, placed under a customs procedure or re-exported.
Fully Bonded Facilities
A Customs bonded warehouse at The Port of Felixstowe, a secured area in which imported dutiable merchandise may be stored, processed, or undergo manufacturing operations without payment of duty for up to 5 years from the date of importation.
